U.S. Postage

For years we have sent many items to the U.S. with no issues and with no extra costs or import duties. However, recent new tariffs implemented by the U.S. mean that we have to pay 10% of the item value before it is posted. There have also been numerous reports of the U.S. postal services having issues with the new rules which has led to items being lost or destroyed.

We are currently working to restore U.S. postage to the shop but as we are a small business, a 10% fee would be added to any order to cover the extra charges. 

We realise that this is frustrating to our U.S. customers. it is also frustrating to us as the U.K. and U.S. have not had to pay import fees (up to certain amounts) for many years. We will do our best to restore U.S. postage soon.
